We received this book via NetGalley to give an honest review.

K and I really enjoy Captain Underpants the story line is funny, the pictures even funnier.
We started reading 2 chapters a night so it took us a while to finish the book, I have to say I would like to own the book in paperback rather than an e-copy as it seems better.
You know there is the flip-o-rama within the books and you can not enjoy doing it with an e-copy.
We get to follow the adventures of George and Harold as they seem to find trouble yet once again. This time with the Turbo Toilet 2000 that they thought they got rid of. K thought it was funny reading about both George's and Harold's and how they had to make it work so no one saw them together. If you haven't read the series of Captain Underpants before you can still read this one. It does give a summary of what has gone on in the other books. Which I think is a neat idea.
Even though this book was full of laughs I did feel a bit weird on a part where the teachers thought they were dreaming and they took of their clothes. Now yes funny to an extent but when there is a picture drawn of a woman in her bra and panties and then another picture drawn with a teacher and the way his undies look like they are in the crack of his bottom I have a bit of an issue reading that to my 8 year old. Yes I do understand this book is probably for the older kids, but I think that part of the book could have been redone to something a bit better.
Would I buy this book probably so.
