It was a normal sunny day in Wickedville when suddenly the sun disappeared, the animals began to cry and things started to turn black. It was Sara Unsmiley taking all the happiness away.
Will Hazel and her friends be able to stop her before they are completely surrounded by darkness?

We received this book to give an honest review.

K was actually interested in this book and I didn't think he would be being as the pictures do not really catch your eye, but he was. He was asking me me questions on why this was happening and how could Hazel save the town. Which was really good for K and an improvement with joining in on the reading.
The story line was simple and I enjoyed how the author had Hazel stop and ask the reader questions. Not very many but just a few.
Hazel is a witch and one day while hanging out with her best friend everything goes dark. Hazel investigates and finds out what caused this to happen. When she she finds out it is Sara Unsmiley that is causing this to happen to the town she has to try and get her to stop but the questions is will she be able to?
It is a good book and I could see this become a series of following Hazel and her adventures but the author should work on making the story more complex I believe is the word I am looking for.
